In a secluded spot on the edge of the village, with extensive views over open countryside, Mallards is a chalet style apartment set in the grounds of the owners' Georgian home. Surrounded by beautiful countryside yet only 6 miles from Oxford City and 3 miles from the M40 for London, Stratford, Warwick, the Cotswolds and beyond.

This cosy studio has a separate kitchen with electric cooker and an en-suite shower room. Ideal for a couple although can accommodate a travel cot for a small baby. Garden furniture provided in a private area for guests or you are welcome to wander freely in the main garden which is home to the village duck pond. Plenty of parking and room for wellies and bicycles etc.

This ancient Roman village is noted for its beautiful church, theological college and 'Good Food Guide' recommended pub. Raymond Blanc's fabulous restaurant, Le Manoir at Great Milton is less than 2 miles away; Garsington Opera for summer concerts is just a couple of miles. All in all, 'Mallards' is an idyllic spot for couples who love to walk, cycle, wine and dine or just explore the villages and history of Oxford.

Spoilt for choice with resturants; local award winning pub in the village, Le Manoir (2 miles), Crazy Bear at Stadhampton etc, etc!
